Nested or grouped tasks
Stay with me, Joao! please... ;-)
I know, I know...
I have seen others request this, without fully or clearly explaining any type of detail or benefit.
I have made images to explain how this would benefit the usability of Tasker. As a UI designer myself, I am often annoyed by this small but easily fixable thing. I have made examples in Photoshop to illustrate my explanation: My home automation tab ("project") is a good section to demonstrate this with, as it consists of many many tasks. This causes me to have to scroll quite a lot. And I have

Store exported items in projects in relevant folders
When exporting items from a Project, could they please be placed into relevant sub folders please? This would make it easier finding items when exporting lots from different projects. Maybe as a toggle in case others don't want this?
Thank you!

Enabling Tasker to be able to write itself (thoughts for implementing it relatively fast)
In short, with the bigger end in mind it's for implementing machine learning (artificial intelligence); but here I am talking about making Tasker to write itself and what it enables to do.
Should accentuate that the main idea here is not directly about adding machine learning capabilities to Tasker. The main idea of this one is more about enabling Tasker to be able to do some of those basic things that are needed for users to build own AIs if they want to. What I talk about in this post will enable bunch of things. And it also provides fundamental groundwork for

Convert condition to If block (and vice versa)
When editing code you might sometimes find that what was originally a condition on a single action actually needs to apply to multiple actions, or that an If block that used to be bigger now only contains one action.
As you commented on this suggestion (sorry, I can't find a way to link the comment directly), the solution to the first part is often to use an If block instead. However the conversion can currently be cumbersome to do by hand, especially for complicated conditions. And Tasker is all about automating stuff, right? :)
I think it'd be nice if

An easy way to filter arrays
Currently, if we want to filter an array we need to use %var(#?pattern), then loop over the indices returned and construct a new array. Another suggestion already exists to get rid of that loop by allowing %var(1,5,7) to return an array with just those indices and I agree that'd be a nice improvement. There it is then suggested that we could then use %var(%var(#?pattern)) to filter an array. However, I think for that special case we can do even better.
We currently already have %var(#>)/%var(>) and %var(#<)/%var(<), where the version with # returns the index and the other the value,

"SSH support" and "File Dialog" request (also with a bug report)
Tasker and Autotools feedback
Environment
I'm using Tasker v2.9.3.beta and Autotools v2.2.3 on android 10 MIUI.
Problem (bug probably)
I used the Autotool SSH action, which should return the a result after sending a command using ssh. The problem is it either return an error, nor a result, the result variable is empty. The same ssh command ran in a normal terminal has the expected result. I recorded a video for this.
Suggestions
I'd like to suggest that two actions should be integreted to tasker:
-
SSH
-
File dialog
SSH
For many people, SSH is a really unreplaceable and important tool,

Tasker UI - possibility to show/sort profiles based on the priority
Recently I had some problems with profile execution, I have a lot of profiles, and I found that it was a problem with priorities. But checking the profile priority means a lot of clicks. Would it be possible to show profile priority next to the profile on/off switch? I think at left side of the switch. Or add priority as separate column with possibility to sort profiles by it's priorities?
Thanks

activate fingerprint scanner w/o screen blackout
I just noted that my Bank app with fingerprint identification feature, does not need to turn off the display to activate the fingerprint sensor, it merely prompts to place finger on sensor, and the sensor is active and awaiting a print to ID.
On the new fingerprint Tasks and Profiles that Logcat feature has opened up, Id love to see an option to activate fingerprint sensor without the need to black out the display :)

New run log option to filter and search for Tasker ID numbers
This will go with the new "Search Tasker " option found here
https://tasker.helprace.com/i839-new-mag-glass-search-tasker-option-search-by-tasker-id-number
New run log option--
A long press in the ID column will now offer the options to
---Filter on that ID number
-- ** Search Tasker By ID Number **
which will open the tasker search function and search for that specific ID number.

New mag glass Search Tasker option - search by Tasker ID number
New search option--
You can currently tap the triangle next to the search text box to reveal the Contains / Matches / Regex . I propose a new category of "Tasker ID number" This would allow to search for any id number for profiles and tasks without having to use profile or task names which can give to many results sometimes. So searching for a task by task Id number will now show you any profile or scene that is linked to the task (very useful ) and allow you to tap the task Id number of a

Add an option to enable/disable access to clipboard data on Android 10
Since version 5.9.1, Tasker can access clipboard data in the background on Android 10 when it grants READ_LOGS permission.
However, in order to get around the limitation of the clipboard,
Tasker will pop up a transparent overlay temporarily (or switch to the built-in input method when it has been granted WRITE_SECURE_SETTING permission) to access clipboard data when the content was copied.
Can you add an option to enable or disable access to clipboard data on Android 10 in Tasker?
Because my device has been rooted, I don't need to access clipboard data with this method.

iBeacon Scanning
Would it be possible to have a new action for scanning bluetooth iBeacons and returning information in variables such as mac address etc.
Also the possibility of an action to scan for a specific ibeacons mac address with variable results stating whether it was found or not.
A trigger would be good too. Maybe an 'if near ibeacon' with the ability to set the required ibeacon mac address. Also separate settings for scan times which would be set separately to the 'BT scan seconds' and the 'Display off monitoring' settings so that it could check at a more granular interval

Input tap function percentage values.
Hello.
I want to run the tasks I prepared on multiple mobile devices.
Do we have the chance to use the input tap function with percentage values instead of X and Y coordinates?

Automate some forwarding functions between two phones running Android 9+.
I have just started a new job and am forced to use a second cell phone. So I now have a cell of work and one for personal. luckily both are running Android but not the same account. What I'd like to do is the following:
1) Auto-forward SMS messages
2) Call forward (can be done by cell provider) but want to send SMS notification of the call that came in or VM left in box.
3) Auto-forward Android notifications from one phone to the other.
*4) Auto reset audio and screen levels once a day, maybe more if need

OBD2
Allow Tasker to read OBD status or events. So, Tasker can read the conditions of your vehicle, respond to them or even control your vehicle.
