Reinstall not allowing access to full features

I am a long time user but I had to reset my phone and cannot figure out how to reanble the full set of features in the purchased version.  

Can someone assist me?

What features are you not able to access exactly?

Did you install it from Google Play?

Beginner mode was turned on when I reinstalled.  I turned it off and that was the cause.  So, problem solved.
