Can't connect to adb wifi Error

Small white flashing box at the bottom of Tasker everytime I open it. It says "Can't connect to ADB Wifi. Check here: https://tasker.joaoapps.com/userguide/en/help/ah_adb_wifi.html"

This happens when I have zero profiles enabled, and ADB Wifi is disabled in Developer Options. I tried adding a port in the Tasker settings, but the error never goes away. Issue started after upgrading phone to Android 13, and was not having this nagging error message when running Android 12.

I've followed the directions on the link provided, but it works until Wifi Debugging is disabled (as I don't want it on), the phone is rebooted (scheduled automatically on Sunday, around 3 AM. I've used the "Tasker Permissions" app, and everything that can be enabled on a non-rooted phone is enabled.

How do I get this error message to go away? Or tell Tasker I don't want to use ADB over Wifi?

1st download resolved issue. I can launch tasker, with wifi enabled and not get the constant message any longer regarding ADB Wifi. Will Tasker continue to be updated through the Play Store as updates become available, or am I cursed with having to manually update Tasker going forward?

Thank you greatly for all of your help. I apologize for the delay in responding.

Yes, Tasker will get updated through Google Play with this version :) Glad it works!
