Expand the Favorite Actions feature so that it can include the saving of Action parameters as part of the Favorite

With the abundance of new options soon to be available for the Flash action, it has become even more obvious that there needs to be some way to provide user specifiable defaults for Action parameters. 

One possible solution would be to expand the Favorite Actions feature so that it would include the saving of Action parameters as part of the Favorite. This feature should be available for all actions. That way the user can save any action as a Favorite along with its default parameters. The use of the favorite will be the same as now but when the Favorite is added to a task it would have its default parameters already filled in.

 I was just about to post the very same request for the very same reason. All the new features of the flash action really shows the need for such a feature.  I would suggest adding a button <Custom> to the list dialog. This way the original favorites would stay the same so you can easily add non custom actions and the <custom> button would open a new menu with all of your custom actions. This could even included named custom actions so I could select "Red Flash action" or "Blue Flash Action"
