Auto collapse the notification bar after tap in a Notify button (optional)
Would be nice to have an option to auto collapse the notification bar after tap a button. This could avoid the creation of another task just because theres not necessary to add a Close System Dialog action and the other action to accomplish this.

Action To Toggle Scenes Tasker Wide.
I have created a lot of scenes. Buttons that pop up on the left or right to take me to different menus (scenes) that I created. Of course I have a lot of different projects that have a lot of different scenes that fire at different times depending on conditions etc..
So I had an idea. It would be so awesome if there was an Action under the "Scenes" category that could toggle All scenes off or on, and when toggled on, would put all the scenes right back where they were at previously. Not entirely sure if it's possible,

Easy possibilities to control currently playing music by "Music Play Dir" action
If music is playing by the "Music Play Dir" action it would be great to have other actions to control the currently playing music, most important:
- next song
- previous song
- play/pause song
But also actions like fast-forward would be nice. I know it's currently possible to go to the next song by calling "Music Play Dir" on the same folder again, but this is not practical if there are many "Music Play Dir" actions for different folders and you want to have a single action to go to the next song everywhere.
Maybe easier alternative: "Publish" currently playing music to the android

Menu option to find all references to any named item (variable, task, scene, profile, etc)
I often edit tasks that I'm sure are used somewhere but I can not find where.
I imagine an option on long press of an item that shows a list of everything else that references that named item (including variables, tasks, scenes, profiles, etc). From the list, I can tap to go to that item.
Currently, we can search. However this idea would be far more capable than the search is, more usable (and quicker) AND you don't have to worry about typing in a variable name wrong.

Marker Unique ID
Is it possible to add a Marker Unique ID? Something like the Marker label just to identify my marker from a group of markers. I appreciate you ahead of time.

Backup and restore projects individually
We don't have this yet, the only viable option for us is just backup and restore Tasker as one. This is good when you want to switch device to another one. But if you have multiple devices with different setup, it's a different story.
I know that we have export & import, but it doesn't work exactly the same as backup and restore feature as you don't really restore global variable.

Quick variable selection po-pup menu DEMO
🚀Feature request:
I think that the process of frequent variables/arrays selection using build-in 'variable select dialog' is not the most convenient one. It could be made much easier and faster.
💡Solution/idea:
➞A native popup dialog automatically triggered when we type '%' with a list of local/global variables. With autocomplete function after typing next letters and paste after selecting it. And auto-insert after pressing space when list_Items=1

💡Idea2️⃣
for debugging mainly, but maybe will simplify the code too:
➞Checkbox ☐ for 'variable set' action to quickly flash it after initialization

Tasker's extended functionality during boot
Hi
I tried to create a home screen launcher by a scene and I can tell literally it was far better than any android launcher I've Nova launcher prime which supposed to be the best for customisation but it fell a part in front of the scene capabilites the only issue that let me drop the continuity of the whole thing was the boot time of Tasker the scene won't shows up until tasker receive the boot complete event which really takes long that makes the phone without any icons or launcher.
The request if possible to load some core components

Action to increase or decrease the time remaining on a timer widget by a given interval
For example, decrease the time remaining on a widget by 1 minute while it is running, without losing its place. If the resulting time would be 0 (or less), then the timer expires.

Element visibility when scene is not showing
Can you please add the option if the scene is not showing and element visibility triggered to be cached state for the next show of the scene.
Such an option is doable for variable elements those use the variable value which will work when even scene is not showing but the images with a specific colours they'll not work.
Or as a workaround add the option to set the colour for an icon pack images by variable.

Ability to run the build in VPN from tasker
I have been a Tasker user since I remember. I'm happy to see more features being added almost daily, unfortunately one feature that is missing is able to start the build in VPN. Can you please add it to the next release?

Ability to freely move add action/profile/task button, activated by hold & drag the button
For now, we don't have the chance to freely move the add button. Which can be borthersome for some occasions, such as
- Wide screen phone, it's placed way to deep at the the right side which is not really comfortable to reach. Ideally, it should be placed on the center but it will block the screen. So having the option to freely move the button will add flexibility for the user to decide.
- Collapsed if or for actions, if you have if or for action at the of your task, sometimes it's hard to press the expand button since it gets

Ability to set your own default values for the parameters of each action.
For example, whenever I use Beep, I always want it at 25% amplitude and 100ms. This should probably go in the overflow menu, and have a confirmation dialog with the following options: Set current values as defaults Cancel Revert to original (Tasker's) default values.
