Hmm, Tasker checks for root once when the app first loads. Is your device maybe killing Tasker repeatedly which would make it check more times?
I removed the battery optimization for tasker when it was installed, what else should kill it? I am on oneplus 5t rom stock... Maybe the adaptive battery function? But tasker isn't optimized, so i think it is ignored...

Pay special attention to the location part. If Tasker doesn't have permission to get location in the background it might not work correctly, so disable and re-enable the location permission and make sure that you allow Tasker to always access it.

Ok I understand what the problem might be, but if tasker check for the root at every start of the app, without any activity that use root permission, it isn't a tasker bug? Why it check the root if I don't use root? Why it isn't check for other permission when I don't use it?
I know, I can trust Tasker, but I don't want to give it a permission until I use it...
It does so to make UI interaction with root actions more seamless... But I can try to work around it, thanks.

I have send you a bug report, it appended when I recovered the backup that I made before installing the version that you have sent me, and they ask me the root permission (without any activity using root), and without doing anything it ask me many time to send you a bug report.
