Cross linked Photos with another user! (I received another users photo directory)

Using Tasker, Autoinput Root Screen capture and in the same folder used for storage I have a whole (65+) photos from another user including their pictures of hot rods, farm equipment and photos of tree trimming imported to my SD card and saved in the exact folder used for tasker screen capture... Yikes!
