Per app display rotation toggle prevents apps from entering recent in OneUI 5.1

So I have this Tasker profile which enables display rotation for some apps, and when I exit the app it disables it. However  this seems to interfere with Samsungs recents button, as it glitches out and prevents those apps from entering recents. Disabling that Tasker profile fixes the issue. I don't know if this is a Tasker issue or Samsung issue... Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hey João,

yeah, having display rotation enabled at all times does not cause the issue explained above. When I find the time I'll try to do a bug report to Samsung, maybe it leads somewhere :)

Thanks for the report. If you keep display rotation on at all times, does that not happen anymore?

Unfortunately I don't think this is a Tasker issue, because all Tasker does is toggle the system setting. Then the system will react to that change in that way, with no interference from Tasker's side...
