Scene layouts

Creating a scene for several device is just a pain, the activity layout should scale according the screen size of target device, it shouldn't use any absolute layout or fixed aspect ratio.

There's still interest in this. I'm finally to the point where I am using scenes (since I'm making something to share) and having a fixed width and height is limiting. Please try to update scenes to be able to scale based on the screen resolution.

Agree!!

Sooner or later we really hope if you could bring this one thing real bad João. It could change the lives of many users :D

Maybe it's time for Scene V2? ;)

I think those are called webscreens :)

The problem with webscreens is the difficulty in creating complex, one-off use cases like I use for tracking daily data for a disabled family member.  I have spent *way* too much time, still unsuccessfully, trying to recreate multiple scenes used repetitively throughout the day.  Scenes that were created originally in an hour.

Maybe if I were a developer doing nothing but developing for sale, my opinion would be different.  But it takes minutes to go in and add a new checkbox or other element to scene.

This issue is the sole reason why I no longer make monthly contributions to tasker development.

It's really hard to make this change because of the way Tasker scenes are implemented...

just posted (mistakenly) a similar feature request in Reddit, the absolute element size and font sizes are pain

Making Height & weight to percentage of current screen or using variable for height & width can solve this.

Please consider adding this feature.

This would make Responsive/adaptive scene.

Using percentages would be great.

I agree. Maybe making the height and width of the scene variable dependent or at least provide the option for this to be controlled by variables will really be beneficial.
