Use Flash a lot for debugging. So easy and convenient to use. Sometimes when displaying a lot of information, even "Long" is not long enough. Could you make "Long" longer? Or let us specify how long (in second) it lasts?
Android only supports short and long out of the box. I would have to make a custom implementation to support other options. Maybe you can look into AutoTools web screens? Those can be shown as flash actions with longer time outs...
