AutoVoice Alexa Skill not allowing linking

I got notice I needed to re-link the AutoVoice skill with Alexa, however I'm unable to do so. No matter what method I use, web browser on the phone, on a web browser on a separate computer, etc. I'm always directed to the link notice below. What can be done to re-link?

You need to use your Google account to link AutoVoice with Alexa.

If authorization is not working for you please open http://alexa.amazon.com/ in the Chrome browser on this device. There touch Menu (upper right corner)->Request Desktop Site. Search for the AutoVoice skill and link your AutoVoice account there.

Alternatively you can link the skill on your PC via the same web page.

Because of a limitation in the Alexa Android app authentication is not working correctly there.

Yes. The device is there (along with my 2 older devices... guess I've been using it for a while with my Galaxy S4 sitting there)

Hi. If you go into the AutoVoice app > AutoVoice Devices, do you see your device there?
