Move Tasker Function "Music Active" to Media actions category

A suggestion if it might be easy enough.. the GetMusicActive() function could be a useful condition for many users, and could be more discoverable if it resided in Tasker Media category rather than tucked inside the Tasker Function action. Thanks

The problem is that the function doesn't work in many situations. Not Tasker's fault, it's just how the API works. I prefer it to be more obscure so that I don't get a lot of complaints that it doesn't work 😅
