This would add the ability to set a Timeout in the 'Show scene' action. It would function like all other time out options currently available in some actions. So it would block any tasks with lower priority from running.

Exactly that, yes. The work around to achieve this are cumbersome at best as well as it is impossible (I believe) to achieve the same 'Task blocking' that a conventional 'Time out' feature will provide IE - block lower priority tasks.
I noticed in the new list dialog action this is refered to as ""Close After (seconds) " I assume this is the same functionality as a conventional "Time Out " option in other actions such as 'HTTP Request'
I also "just" noticed that none of the "pick input dialogues" options have a selectable 'Time out' option and they seem to have the same blocking level that a wait action has IE they will let tasks with a lower priority run. Just curious if this is by design and why they would not have a 'Timeout' or 'Close After (seconds)' that the ''List Dialog" action has?

Side question... I am not sure I am using the "reply" option for this help race correctly. There is a "comment" option under your post However once I fill that out there does not seem to be a option to submit it ?????
To reply I think you should use the "Comment" button on a reply :P Yeah, it's not the best system but doing that creates a thread instead of just separate comments. For example, to reply to this you'll have to use the "Comment" button on your own reply.
About the time out option in List Dialog, do you mean that when that is showing no other tasks with lower priority can run at the same time? This is unintended and I should change it if that's the case!
