%CNAME variable contains %CNUM

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with a custom Android 7.1.2. Tasker version 5.9.3 On a Lost Call event, I try to read the %CNAME variable but it contains the number, just like the variable %CNUM, even if the phone number is among contacts. How to solve? Best regards

%CNUM is equal to %CNAME when isn't in contacts list.

Yes, I know but this is not the case.

Besides, investigating a bit, I discovered that I can open contact list from Tasker but it is not able to retrieve data, even if I gave Tasker the contact and calendar permissions.

So the problem is even larger!. How to solve? Best regards
