The state "Variable Value" still lights up green when I clear the variable and applies as true the next time I run the task when it should be false without any value. The problem also seems to be related to pattern matching while clearing multiple variables in one Variable Clear Action e.g. %TestVar/%TestVar1

Another user has confirmed the same bug on different android device.

Steps to reproduce:

After importing, plug in the charger and run the task 1. ON and you will see the state light up green.

The popup with title "Set Variable Structure Type" and content "This variable seems to contain valid CSV..." is always shown, when editing CSV-variables. This is disruptive when editing the variables. Please add a STOP REMINDING button to this message, as other info popups already have

• Problems

1. AutoLocation Geofences cannot be defined, no map shows up, and the error message is `AutoLocation won't run without Google Play services, which are not supported by your device.`
2. No location can be searched either. Note that the `Location` profile (in Tasker directly) works despite the map not working, by manually typing GPS coordinates.

My phone runs GrapheneOS without MicroG or Google Play Services, and I have installed the Direct Purchase version of Tasker and AutoLocation.

• Idea of solution

Support interacting with a map from OpenStreetMap instead of only supporting Google.

Not sure what's changed but any time I put my phone in airplane mode now I eventually get the following error stating 'Trial Over'. Once I'm back into service it seems to be normal.

I have a samsung s22 ultra with android 14. When the scrren is on the time event triggers as it should but when its off it does not trigger. I have set battery unrestricted for tasker and set use reliable alarm always. I see that tasker does not request premission for alarms and reminders maybe that the issue?

Since version 6.3.12 it's not possible to run a task by shake action if the screen is locked. You always have to unlock the screen to make these action work.

Till the last update it has never been an issue.

I am currently importing and exporting my projects to different mobile devices. However, each time I do this, if the project shares tasks or uses profiles from another project, they get mixed up upon import. This makes it difficult for me to determine which tasks and profiles belong to which project.

Is there a way to optimize this process so that tasks, profiles, etc., do not get mixed up and remain within their respective projects?

I recently updated the Tasker app, and since then, I've encountered a problem. When I open the app, it prompts me to watch a video about the new features, but the app freezes at this point. Shortly after, a system error window appears.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? If a reinstallation is necessary, could you also guide me on how to back up my data without accessing the app, as it currently doesn't allow me to do so?

My kid app, created using App Factory 6.3.12, is using a Near WiFi (by MAC Address) trigger in its profile.

It is only working on a phone that has Tasker installed and enabled (with all profiles disabled).

If Tasker is not installed on the phone, or installed but disabled, the profile's Near WiFi context will not fire. Tested on Samsung evices (Z-Fold3 and S20) with Anroid 14, all permissions granted.

Any advise about this?

I have the direct purchase version, and the Aurora Store app has 6.3.13 while I have 6.3.12 installed, so Aurora Store lists Tasker in the updates list (which of course it can't do). In the case of Tasker I use Aurora Store to let me know when to direct download a new version of Tasker. I just went to the direct download page, trying to download what I hope is 6.3.13, but instead I got 6.4.0-beta. How can I avoid betas on the direct download link?

Heya! I've had Tasker Settings to fix the Wi-Fi Toggle issues for the longest time. Just a few days ago I upgraded to Android 14 on my ASUS Zenfone 9 and Wi-Fi toggling is semi-broken now. It still triggers normally, but everytime it tries to turn Wi-Fi on, I get a confirmation prompt I have to hit "Allow" on. DIsabling Wi-Fi works without this prompt, funnily enough.

I have uninstalled and ADB installed both versions of Tasker Settings, but the issue persists.

When I use the AutoBarcode plugin to generate a QR code from the text 'Hello World' it returns a QR code with the decoded text 'Hello World"'. So it accidentally adds a " at the end.

Is this a Bug or a config Problem on my side?

This fails. The exact same code but with **Connect** instead of **Disconnect** works fine. And yes, I'm sure the device is connected when I try to run the code.

Someone had a similar problem [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/tasker/comments/1eadas5/my_task_that_turns_off_bluetooth_no_longer_works/) and I can confirm that it does work if you turn off calls before trying the disconnect action. However, as they remarked, that's not really viable for headphones.

The problem is when an SMS has LINE BREAKS, e.g. more than 1 line, only the 1st line is fed into %evtprm3. url encode CANNOT solve the problem. please fix to copy all lines into %evtprm3
