I was purchased app via google play and all time app is work properly except disconnecting from internet.

But last time after disconnect wi-fi and 4g tasker send me "Trial over. can't be used.... click OK to purchase". When I connecting networks app work normally.

I cannot stay my all devices connected because tablet have no sim and this is real problem.

Hello, I have a project that has enough tasks I had to break it into 2 different projects to be able to use the UI properly. There are 29 tasks for the project and as soon as the list of tasks goes over 17 on my phone screen, the ui starts getting janky and it becomes difficult to move and rename any of the tasks in the project. This made me realize that having folders that behave like the collapsable If or For actions would alleviate my issue, while also making organization within a project better. Cheers.

The ability to lock down any actions within a task you want so that it can't be deleted while it's locked. This is useful for creating tasks and basically using lock to save actions or sequences that are finished while still working on other portions of the task. Would also make deleting everything except the actions you want to keep much easier and prevent accidental deletion. 

Tasker mobile network state 'Active' does not apply when a connection is established using ipv6 only. When connected using ipv4 the 'active' state is properly set.

I can't use images that are of type .gif, hopefully I can use animations in the next version

Currently, Tasker can only extract data from a CSV structure if a comma is used as a separator. But many CSV files use different separators due to the fact that the data itself can contain commas. So it would be nice to be able to choose a custom separator, as is already possible in most array-related actions.

Currently, Tasker prevents the deletion of tasks that are associated with profiles. If a task is not associated with any profile, but is used in one or more other tasks using the "Perform task" action, the user may mistakenly delete such a task and Tasker will not show warnings about the consequences this deletion. It is necessary that the user be warned if the task being deleted is used in other tasks. I believe that this is easy to implement, since even now, when renaming a task, the user is warned about the name change in links to this task,

Add Notification Click event inside Notify action. Sometimes a single profile is enough but due to lack of Notification Click event inside Notify action we need to create another profile with Notification Click event.

Rounded corners are a more popular design. It is more friendly than rectangular rectangles. You can use it to show all UI with images: imagine that round corner App Icon,dialog with background images,user-defined button..

As what title says, SQL Query gets a syntax error on using DROP COLUMN or DROP SQL Query: cursor exception: near "DROP" syntax error. My task is to detect when I am in a vehicle and then bluetooth is automatically activated. When I get out of the vehicle, bluetooth is deactivated. The task is a copy of the video that accompanies the download of ActivityTask on Google play and has always worked correctly until ActivityTask was updated to version 4.2.0, which does not detect anything. I have validated that it still has all permissions, and there is no battery saving. I don't know what's going on.

Is it possible that Tasker will present a list of profiles and tasks sorted by their energy consumption in the past 24H or 7 days? In addition, is it possible to add an action that will present the energy consumption at the end of a task?

It would be extraordinarily helpful if Tasker provided actions that let us use some or all of the same underlying Tasker management functions that the Tasker environment and Task Editor use.

Here are some examples of what I'm asking for:

An action that returns a tasks's cdate and/or edate.  It could accept the taskname as a parameter.

An action that recognized which task(s) is/are highlighted in a project's Task view would work well with the requested cdate/edate action.  (And a similar action that recognizes selected actions while I'm in the Task Editor.)

The fade-in animation on custom toasts is a real dealbreaker for me at the moment in terms of actually being able to use them. I really wish that new toasts would display instantly rather than fading in slowly over the top of the previous one. This is especially jarring and obvious when displaying different text or background colours in quick succession.

If we could remove the fade-in completely and furthermore make sure only one toast is shown at any one time (either implicitly when creating a new custom toast, or via a separate 'cancel existing custom toasts' action),

I need my Android phone to warn me (eg by playing a tune) when it loses internet connectivity. As far as I can tell, such an event has not been defined in Tasker. Am I right? Could you add such an even to the app?

One useful scenario - Why I need it:

I do some basic surveying using SparkFun Surveyor. In order to give very precise results it must connect to the internet to retrieve correction data. This is called RTK/NTRIP. I

Currently, it seems when a menu elements is in multiple selection mode, when selecting any entry, it highlights said entry in a real thin, blue boarder. 

Would it be possible to add in a feature to customize the effect of when an entry is selected inside of the menu element? Maybe change the color of the boarder around the selection, the size of the boarder, or maybe even a way to highlight the entire entry in a different color. 

Depending on the color or the scene/menu elements, can sometimes be hard to see which entry is selected and which isn't. 

Since the latest android update (Samsung A13, One UI v5.1) the call forwarding is not possible anymore.

Neither with ussd codes nore via "normal" phone -> settings.

If i deinstall tasker and restart phone, it is working again.

This function loss is quite a big problem for us, because we use it for an automatic call forwarding (on-call service).

Tasker auto recovery error

 

Sometimes Tasker fails, and this interrupts my work. These are my ideas

• Send a third person the fail error with the following information
  • Error message, where specify the task and the steps that fail
  • Send the runlog.txt file
• Add a Profile where the user can decide what would like to do when this happens

For some time I've been using tasks & associated Termux scripts from enable_adb_wifi_on_device_boot_android_11 to enable ADB Wifi on my phone following a reboot.

Since upgrading to Android 13 the task dependent on Read_Logs doesn't work (without relying on ADB!) so I've made an additional task (triggered by VolDn) to read input fields via AutoInput, parse for IP:port, and pass this to the Termux script to connect to the IP:port presented and enable ADB.

Because over time more Tasker functionality seems to need a reliance on ADB (Read_Logs in Android 13 being prime example) my thought is to have tasker run

i change my phone to miui device.i found that miui  can't add any shortcut to desktop,only can add widget to desktop from desktop settings. so i wish tasker to add a function or action to add shortcut to desktop.
