I've been trying to manage my sip settings on my phone using Tasker. You see, I have some settings in my calling accounts. You can see them if you open your phone app then go to the menu and settings and tap calling accounts. I know that these settings are often locked out or grayed out or inaccessible. That's cuz the carriers don't want people using free voip and would rather those options go away. Anyway, none the less I wiped my phones firmware and went with Lineage OS, which works great. Except it seems that dispite my being able to put my settings, and it working perfectly, some of my sip settings keep reverting back to defaults. I wrote a profile and created my tasks. Because there were no options at all that said the word "sip" the list of Tasker actions I used the custom setting finder and that seemed to have worked but it's not really changing my settings to what I set.
