Since latest version of Tasker, I have the same issue...
Keyboard popping out/in each time Textpand does it's stuff...
A software input method named "Tasker" appears by itself... If I disable it, it comes back by itself next time...
And also... When I am in Tasker and I copy even a very small bit of text, Tasker freezes for literally 2 seconds!
All of this disappear as soon as I revoke the WRITE_SECURE_SETTING permission to Tasker... But also I lose some other Tasker's functionalities...
All this stuff is only since Tasker version 5.9.1 "The Game Changer" and I suspect in particular this element of the changelog:
Changed the way the clipboard is gotten in the background on Android 10. Now requires WRITE_SECURE_SETTING permission
