Allow the top and bottom sections of the Scene v2 layout editor to be swapped.

I normally use a bluetooth keyboard when using the layout editor. But if I use the soft keyboard instead, it covers the field I am typing into and I can't see what I have entered. Even when the value being entered is the text for an element, and thus shows in the top half, I can't see where the cursor is.

If there was an option to flip the top and bottom sections, it would be great, as I could see what I am entering. For normal use, the preview being at the top is good, it is only when entering text without a physical keyboard that there is a problem.
