Scene v2 vertical columns within horizontal row.

If you have a horizontal row containing two vertical columns, only the first shows in the graphical part of the layout editor, and only the first shows when the scene is displayed. Please see attached screen shot.

I have realised that using array merge with v2 scene formatting is a much better way of doing this. So this should be treated as very low priority.
