Android 10: after starting tasker, unable to get past notification screen

Dear Dev Team,

I bought Tasker, but I am unable to start it. When tasker is being started, then a full screen message opens with "Data Access and Collection in Tasker" and there is no button / option to continue to the app itself. Disabled notifications for Tasker, but no change. Using Android 10 tablet. How to proceed to the app itself?

PS: is the app even compatible with tag type ISO 14443-3A / NTAG21? The current built-in nfc reader of that particular tablet only read the UID. The idea of having bougth tasker in the first place, is to be able to read the NDEF text content on the tag. Is that possible?
