Hello, I have a project that has enough tasks I had to break it into 2 different projects to be able to use the UI properly. There are 29 tasks for the project and as soon as the list of tasks goes over 17 on my phone screen, the ui starts getting janky and it becomes difficult to move and rename any of the tasks in the project. This made me realize that having folders that behave like the collapsable If or For actions would alleviate my issue, while also making organization within a project better. Cheers.

The ability to lock down any actions within a task you want so that it can't be deleted while it's locked. This is useful for creating tasks and basically using lock to save actions or sequences that are finished while still working on other portions of the task. Would also make deleting everything except the actions you want to keep much easier and prevent accidental deletion. 

Allow selecting private DNS mode (off, automatic, or private DNS provider hostname).

I use adguard-dns.com private DNS to block most ads on my Pixel 6. However, some networks (e.g. BJ's wholesale club) block access to this DNS provider (or sometimes even Android's automatic private DNS) and only work if I temporarily turn off Private DNS while connected to that network and later turn it back on when I leave.

I'd  like to setup a profile that automatically turns off Private DNS when connected to specific networks that have this issue and turn it back on (with the already configured DNS

I want to be able to try different things with the kids factory apps. For some reason when I make one and run the app on my Oculus Go, for example, the Android VR headset, the application will not run within the Oculus TV Android launcher like all other 2D Android apps I sideload onto the device but rather instead it displays itself over the entire display thereby breaking the use of it in VR on that headset. Tasker mobile network state 'Active' does not apply when a connection is established using ipv6 only. When connected using ipv4 the 'active' state is properly set.

Unable to determine how to add the required bluetooth connectivity permission on a OnePlus CPH2459 Nord 20 5G. When running a bluetooth related AutoTools action in Tasker, a notification will inform a requested permission is required. But selecting the notification does no action. Also attempting to add the permission via the App details page does not seem to be an available option to enable.

The lock action is a pretty useful feature for "locking" your phone while still allowing unattended remote access when needed, since bypass the real lockscreen is a lot harder.

The problem is that the lock action still shows the notification bar ( allowing people to read notifications ) and the buttons.

It would be nice if the lock action ( when full screen is selected ) completely block everything ( including notification bar and buttons ) while waiting for the password.

On new android version long press volume button doesn't work with screen off. I think it could be bypassed by black screen after device locked like always on display function. Could you think about this function. Long press volume button is very useful function as for me. 

I can't change icon in tasker notify

Currently, Tasker can only extract data from a CSV structure if a comma is used as a separator. But many CSV files use different separators due to the fact that the data itself can contain commas. So it would be nice to be able to choose a custom separator, as is already possible in most array-related actions.

It would be very useful to have a "Split Array" action in addition to the existing "Join Arrays" action. This would greatly simplify the handling of arrays with multiple data fields, For example, if the user needs to sort by a field or remove duplicates.

Add an Option to get the Time from a User-Definable NTP Server.  Could be a nice Feature for automating work of Server Admins. (small buissness) Example: 1. get time from Web-NTP like time.google.com,  store in Variable

2. get time from Local Servers,  store in Variable

3. calculate difference of Variables

4. if difference is to high, resync/restart local server i could use such feature since this is a very repetetive part of my work and id love to do it automated with my phone. Found no other way to do that

Using Autovoice to Control BT for enabling headset sound (forcing audio through hfp profile ) isn't working on Android 12 device.

Add Notification Click event inside Notify action. Sometimes a single profile is enough but due to lack of Notification Click event inside Notify action we need to create another profile with Notification Click event.

I was wondering if we could edit the task name from within the task, by tapping on the up horizontal bar where it says "Task Edit" and <task name>? That way you wouldn't have to long tap to edit, and you could also do it from the Profile tabs, don't need to go to the Tasks tab.

Could you please add a round corner in Scene image element?(set corner radius for image,Not backgound color rounded corner)

Rounded corners are a more popular design. It is more friendly than rectangular rectangles. You can use it to show all UI with images: imagine that round corner App Icon,dialog with background images,user-defined button..

As what title says, SQL Query gets a syntax error on using DROP COLUMN or DROP SQL Query: cursor exception: near "DROP" syntax error. Tested queries: ALTER TABLE "my_table" DROP COLUMN "my_column" ALTER TABLE my_table DROP COLUMN my_column ALTER TABLE "my_table" ALTER COLUMN "my_column" DROP ALTER TABLE my_table DROP my_column

As what the title says, Variable Clear (without Clear all variables checked) also clears the values of Project Variables, even though Immutable is checked which is annoying because you can't use the feature with Variable Clear. 

What I've tested:

- Variable Clear, Project Variable with Immutable checked.

- Variable Clear, Project Variable without Immutable checked (This is the worst because it also clears the assigned value unlike the checked immutable that value it's not cleared on the Project Variables but cleared on the Task with Variable Clear.

-use variable %ids from the project variable that is set "1"

Hi there, I stumbled uppon this error and dont know how to fix it.

I am just trying to change my UI language from german to english, but as soon as I try that I get a error "Missing permission" to manage external storage. But in the App permissions I can not find any way to allow the storage management.

I am running Tasker 6.2.1-beta on a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 with One UI 5.1

Maybe anyone here can help?
